Bid Improvement was designed to help businesses who are currently tendering for work but not seeing the desired success. We know that the tendering process can be both complicated and time-consuming, especially if you don’t have dedicated resources in-house.
During the Bid Improvement package, a senior bidding professional will create two bid/writing plans for a bid you’re interested in. This will help you see what’s involved in the bid and how to approach it. A sensibility clause is attached to the size of the bid we can plan.
A senior bid management professional will be on-hand through mentoring sessions. The sessions will be split into four, one-hour sessions, over the course of 12 weeks. During the sessions, we will discuss your business, bidding efforts and where there are areas for improvement. We will also review any bids you’re currently choosing between and provide a critique based on a bid or no-bid strategy.
Once you have completed the Bid Improvement programme, we can review up to 20,000 words and provide feedback. This could be formed of one large bid or up to three smaller bids.
